AI and Prompt Engineering Instructor

Grras Solutions is expanding its AI education division and building future-ready training programs in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering. We are looking for passionate AI and Prompt Engineering Instructors who can teach learners how to build, deploy and work with modern AI systems confidently.

What You Will Do

As an AI and Prompt Engineering Instructor, you will train learners on practical AI skills including LLM usage, prompt design, automation workflows, conversational AI, embeddings, vector databases, RAG systems and AI tools used in the industry. Your teaching will help students build real-world projects and become job-ready in the fast-growing AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on AI, Generative AI, LLMs and prompt engineering

• Teach students to work with tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, HuggingFace and LangChain

• Explain concepts like prompts, agents, embeddings, model tuning and RAG in a simple and practical manner

• Guide students in building AI-driven projects such as chatbots, automation tools and AI-powered workflows

• Conduct assessments, quizzes and hands-on activities to boost understanding

• Support students with doubt-solving and personalized mentoring

• Collaborate with the academic team to refine curriculum, assignments and lab activities

• Stay updated with the latest AI advancements, frameworks and industry practices

• Help learners prepare for interviews and job roles in AI, prompt engineering and automation

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AI fundamentals, LLM concepts and prompt engineering best practices

• Hands-on experience with tools such as OpenAI API, LangChain, HuggingFace, Pinecone or similar platforms

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for building AI workflows

• Experience creating AI prompts, automation flows, chatbots or RAG systems

• Clear communication skills and the ability to teach both beginners and advanced learners

• Passion for mentoring, teaching and simplifying complex concepts

• Experience as a trainer or mentor is a plus but not mandatory

• Strong understanding of AI ethics, governance and safe AI usage
