AI Generalist

As an AI Generalist, you will work at the core of our EdTech innovation, developing intelligent systems that enhance learning experiences, automate academic workflows, and support our AI governance and compliance ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

As part of our AI and Product Innovation team, you will design, build, and improve AI-driven solutions that power our LMS, CRM, assessments, career services, automation systems, and internal productivity tools. You will work on projects that enable faster learning, smarter personalization, and more effective student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and integrate AI features into our LMS, CRM, and training platforms

• Design conversational assistants for student support, admissions, counseling and course queries

• Develop prompt workflows, RAG systems, and intelligent automation for internal teams

• Implement model-driven features such as smart quizzes, automated evaluations and feedback engines

• Work with APIs, LLMs, embeddings and vector databases to enhance product performance

• Analyze student data to improve personalization, recommendations and engagement

• Assist in building AI governance, safety checks and compliance workflows (DPDP, GDPR)

• Collaborate with academic, tech and marketing teams to bring AI ideas to life

• Support the creation of AI-powered dashboards, analytics and reporting tools

• Document AI processes and ensure quality across all deployed features

Requirements

• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings and automation

• Hands-on experience with Python or Node.js, API integrations and AI frameworks

• Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, Pinecone or similar tools

• Ability to build prototypes quickly and iterate based on feedback

• Good understanding of NLP, model evaluation and lifecycle best practices

• Strong problem-solving skills with a product-focused mindset

• Experience working with educational or training-related workflows (bonus)

• Knowledge of AI ethics, privacy and governance is a plus

• Portfolio, GitHub or sample AI workflows preferred
