Grras Solutions is growing its digital learning platforms on WordPress and building high-performing, student-centric websites, landing pages and portals. If you enjoy turning designs into responsive WordPress experiences and optimizing every pixel and interaction, this role is for you.
As a Front-End WordPress Developer, you will work on our main website, course pages, career portal, blogs and marketing funnels to ensure they look great, load fast and convert visitors into learners.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining WordPress-based front-end experiences that support our training programs, workshops and online learning journeys. You will work closely with design, content, marketing and tech teams to continuously improve the UI, UX and performance of our WordPress ecosystem.
Develop responsive WordPress pages using custom themes, child themes and page builders
Convert UI/UX designs from Figma or XD into pixel-perfect WordPress layouts
Customize and extend themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and basic PHP
Work with Gutenberg, Elementor or similar builders to create reusable sections and templates
Implement clean navigation, course listings, career pages and lead-generation funnels
Optimize site performance, Core Web Vitals, caching and image handling
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness and accessibility
Configure and customize plugins where needed without breaking performance or security
Integrate APIs, forms and tracking for CRM, WhatsApp, analytics and marketing tools
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to quickly launch and iterate new pages
Strong knowledge of WordPress front-end development
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design principles
Experience working with WordPress themes, child themes, hooks and templates
Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor, Gutenberg or WPBakery
Basic understanding of PHP and the WordPress template hierarchy
Experience with plugin configuration, shortcodes and form integrations
Knowledge of performance best practices such as caching, minification and lazy loading
Comfortable using Git and working in a staging to production workflow
Strong attention to detail and ability to match designs accurately
Bonus: Experience in EdTech, LMS plugins, WooCommerce or membership systems
