How Does the Pay After Placement Model Actually Work?
A Pay After Placement program flips the traditional education model upside down. Instead of paying tuition on day one, you sign an Income Share Agreement (ISA).
An ISA is a simple, transparent contract. It states that Grras Solutions will train you entirely for free. Once you graduate and land a job in the tech sector that meets a guaranteed minimum salary package, you will pay your tuition in small, manageable monthly installments from your new income.
The Golden Rule: If you don’t get a job within the committed timeframe, your training is 100% free. No hidden fees, no debt traps.

What is the Training Mode?
To ensure maximum imparting from the trainers and understanding by the students, we have decided to run this Pay After Placement Program only in OFFLINE MODE in JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN as of now.
When is the Batch Starting?
The first batch starts on 8TH AUGUST.
What is the Admission Process?
The candidate has to go through a few steps to get enrolled with this program since there are only 30 SEATS.
First, the candidate will have to go through a 30-minute Program-specific competency test, along with a short interview.
Upon selection, you will get 15 days trial that will give you a glimpse of how the program will work.
Once you complete this period, you can make your decision whether you wish to continue with the Pay After Placement program or not. In case you wish to continue, you will have to sign an Income Share Agreement with us.
What is ISA?
ISA or Income Share Agreement norms enables a candidate to pay ZERO UPFRONT FEE and then pay in instalments within a definite tenure.
This agreement also states that in case you do not get a job within the committed period of time, you will also be exempted from having to pay anything at all.
Hence, you only have to pay after getting a job at a minimum salary package as promised!
